Shipping & Returns

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. The final products and shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information from fedex.

The carrier will have the most accurate up to date information on your package. Please track your package as CILSFRANCE is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged or missing items within your packages.

Choose your shipping price option on our website depending on the cost of your order as this is what you are covered for by fedex . insurance by fedex in case of lost or damage to your products.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT QUANTITIES DELIVERED:

If you receive products that are damaged/defective or have been delivered short of the quantities you ordered, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for exchange must be returned to CILSFRANCE INC within 10 days of delivery.    (Look at the list of Products on the website -not the pictures, the list is what you’ll find in your delivery envelope or pak. )

PRODUCTS ORDERED IN ERROR:

Have you ordered the wrong product, or simply changed your mind? No problem. Products ordered in error may be returned provided we receive them in unused, perfect condition and within 10 days of delivery. **NO EXCEPTIONS*

OPENED ITEMS:

For reasons of hygiene due to the nature of eyelash extensions, application tools and after care products, we will not be able to credit you for any opened product.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the products to us for any reason.

All returned items will be tested upon receipt. Any item found not to be damaged or defective will be returned to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ensure the items returned are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please call if your order is urgent or you desire a special service (delivery same day in the Los Angeles/West Hollywood area -or pick up if you have run out of adhesive or a certain lash.)
