Usage Instructions:
Store in a cool dry place with silica gel packet for best quality (silica gel absorbs excess moisture and keeps adhesive dry). Store in refrigerator if unopened. Allow bottle to reach room temperature and shake well prior to opening. Use included glue pin if adhesive nozzle gets clogged. If adhesive begins to separate, becomes more tacky and has a strong odor, it’s time to replenish. Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/20091- Keep Prostar at a consistant temperture.
- Until opening you can keep Prostar refrigerated or a cool consistant temperature
- After opening keep in cool place outside refrigerator-no sunlight direct or indirect
- Don’t shake Prostar with any device except your hand ! 30 seconds is enough- Left and right RATHER than up and down . Prostar does not need more than the normal shaking
This adhesive will make you fast-or faster, and your clients (and you) will love the long hold once you get the system that works best for you
Keep in mind:
- Prostar is an advanced adhesive so you need to be an experienced eyelash technician.:..
- Prostar dries so quickly so if youre not a fast lasher it will dry by the time you get it from the extension to the natural lash.
– And then you will have to use another extension (because it has air-dried as your movement wasn’t fast enough. No double dipping the same extension again.
Keep a fan blowing if need be.
Keep Prostar very close by during your application. ..
- on a jade stone – adhesive ring -or whatever you use keep Prostar close by and wear your mask for your protection .
- you can tape the extensions or loose lashes from the mixed lash trays and/or the loose extensions to the top part of your hand or wherever they are easily accessible to pick-up..
- Now isolate the natural lash with the tweezer of your choice
- Dip 1/4 or 1/2 of the extension in adhesive,
- Lift it directly up and place the extension correctly on the NL (always 1mm away from the eyebase of the natural eyelash.) and move on…. to the other eye.
- You will have no time to move OR MANIPULATE the extension once it is on the natual eyelash for it is now practically dry… and you should be isolating another lash on the other eye
- Continue like this until you have completed the application.
This process, from “the dip” to the placement of the eyelash extension should not take more than a second.
The adhesive begins to dry immediately (in the air ) when you lift the extension up out of the prostar drop … (and for that reason… KEEP your adhesive and extensions close by)Practice makes a perfect long lasting application with Prostar.
The more you use it, the easier it will be to see how it works and you will find your own method.
You should have your client wait at least 24 hours to make certain the adhesive has set if you have not use a nno mister or nebulizer
If not using a nano-mister or nebulizer no washing eyes for at least 24-hours.The results will be beautiful and an appointment for a touch-up should be each 3-3.5 to 4 weeks because our lashes grow.
However clients do go on to 4.5-6 weeks without a touch-up when keeping the extensions normal length and do not use eyelash growth products more than 2x a week.
